When we were at Let’s Play Music, at the end we were on scooters and I was jumping over a puddle and when I landed it I skid and my cheek landed on the part where you stand on and Dallin told me it was getting red and I felt it getting swollen. After, I went inside and told my mom what happened. Then my mom was amazed at how big my cheek was. After that, my mom got strawberries on my cheek and rushed me to the Doctor. First we had to wait about an hour . Then we were with the nurse and she didn’t do much about my cheek. After that we had to see the Doctor and she told us not to have an x-ray because it would hurt my head more. After she said that she kind of checked my cheek and she said nothing was broken. Then we said that we came there for nothing and we went home and we had dinner and that is how my cheek got swollen. But when it actually happened it was three times bigger than it is in the picture! But it could be broken.

A few weeks ago, I created an account on the computer for the kids to play around with. They don’t have access to the internet, just word processing, an image/paint program, and some built-in mac programs.
Today I logged in to their account and found that Kaden had discovered how to use Photo Booth and had taken over 500 pictures of himself. Here is a selection of them. Click the picture below to enjoy! (P.S. The scary part is that some of them are not altered)

Since it’s so hot here, many of the local Jr. High Schools and High Schools have “aquatic centers” that are open to the public during the summer. A couple of weeks ago, we took the kids to Hamilton Aquatic Center for the day. It cost us $0.50 for each child over 2 and $1.00 for each adult. Kaden and Spencer brought their underwater camera and helped take some pictures. Here’s how it went:

Spencer and Kaden also ventured onto the 1 meter diving boards and tried 360’s, cannon-balls, and all kinds of tricks.

Even Ashton become so brave that we had to keep a hold on him at all times. He would just charge into the water thinking he could swim.

The water slides were a hit too. They had two side-by-side slides and we spent hours “racing” eachother down the slide.

So, as you can see, we had a ton of fun for only $4.

One Saturday in Arizona we went to the skatepark. I did some cool tricks like going down steep ramps, doing ollies, and kick turns off ramps. One day at school I played basketball and it was me against two other people and I had 8 points and they had 10. One day we went to the library and I checked out a rattlesnake book, and two Star Wars books. At school we got some book orders and I got a Pokemon book, a Magic Tree House book, and The Pumpkin Elf Mystery.

I moved to Arizona and we have a pool and a basketball hoop for it. We have a trampoline that has not that much springs. I can ride my bike at the skate park. My cousin Dallin came over and we were about to go at the pool but there was a bird in the pool and then we went on the trampoline and my mom squirted water on the trampoline. I fell and my cousin’s tooth hit my eye.

I went to the skatepark with my brother and my dad. I rode my scooter.
Done!
